Distance : 2000m This cup was presented in 1985 by the St. Edward's Martyrs to replace the old Colts Cup and to be a memorial to Desmond Hill, who founded the Regatta in 1947 while master in charge of rowing at St. Edward's School. Many of the Martyrs who contributed to this cup rowed in the Regatta and were coached by Desmond Hill, who organised the Regatta up to his death in 1984.
